Reflection note

   The second semester comes to the end, and I would like to make a conclusion. This semester we worked well. I had more practice in writing essays and thesis statement. It was interesting and helpful. I liked working in groups. Natalia Yurievna offered us many useful activities. It was important to discuss all these topics we had. We’ve learn much about education in UK and found many sources which can help us to improve our grammar, vocabulary and writing skills. We usually used “The Guardian” for our essays. I liked this newspaper, but I’d like to use other sources too, because sometimes it was difficult to find an interesting article. This semester we wrote a couple of summaries. I think it was useful and interesting. One of the most important things we did was writing a five-paragraph essay. I think we should keep working on it and improve our skills. I think, it would be great to have more tasks during our classes, because usually we only 2-3 tasks. Also, I would like to have more discussions connected with significant issues.  To sum up, I consider this course helpful and full of various activities which were important for development of our writing skills.
